ProWorkflow gives small to medium size businesses an application that can handle project management, workflow and time tracking. Project pages include tasks, archives and assignments sent to staff members. The user’s task page shows them all tasks currently assigned to projects as well as those that are not associated with a project, but still need completed. ProWorkflow also provides scheduling and time keeping features such as a timesheet page that includes all work completed on any particular day. Users can toggle through pop up calendars to review past day’s work. The calendar page gives teams a place to view upcoming deadlines and other important dates related to their project. ProWorkflow also includes a Gantt style timeline page, week and month page views and a time tracker. Additional features allow users to manage clients and contacts, view project and task reports, build custom reports and choose advanced settings for company, workflow, developers and others.Show more screenshots »
ProWorkflow was launched in December of 2002 by ProActive Software Ltd. The application was intended to give businesses a better way to handle three of their most important areas: projects, workflow and scheduling. Today ProWorkflow offers many features that help small to medium size businesses stay organized and on time.
ProWorkflow offers users a variety of effective tools that work rather well. The application divides up the most important items into pages, with a page for calendars, one for tasks, projects and more. This allows the user to stay focused and organized regardless of what task they are currently using the application for.
The ProWorkflow website offers an eye-catching combination of grey and deep, vibrant orange. Users can see color screenshots surrounded by the captivating color scheme. The application itself uses a similar color scheme with an organized design. Users can navigate from one manager to the other using the left hand side bar. Clicking each manager opens up the subpages within it. This helps the user view only what they need so they do not feel lost in the many pages.
Pro Workflow provides users with three membership plans to choose from. The first is the Standard plan which costs around $10 per month per staff user and includes basic task and project management features and unlimited projects. The mid-range Professional account costs around $20 per month per user and includes comprehensive project, task and time management features, free client and contractor access, time tracking, 1 GB of file storage, ProWorkflow mobile access and API and iCal integration. The most expensive plan is the Advanced which costs around $30 per month per user and upgrades to include advanced features and 2 GBs of file storage.
Pro Workflow is a great tool for small to medium size businesses. Users can purchase access for as many individuals as they like, which is a great way to make the price flexible. Each account comes with a list of features that are ideal for accomplishing vital business tasks.
